**Purpose of role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keeping track of Inventory
- Liaise with couriers & freight services to arrange shipments, track deliveries, query pallet discrepancies etc
- Ordering Warehouse supplies
- Providing POD’s for customers
- Responding to customer requests and enquiries
- Preparing Daily reports
- Process claims for lost or damaged shipments
- Managing and updating departmental databases
- Processing and preparing customs / VAT paperwork
- Create labels for our products
- Building relationships with internal/external customers
- Keep accurate records
- Ensuring the Warehouse Management System is always up-to-date & accurate
- Understand and continuously look to improve operating procedures
- Train new employees where required
- Other general duties as required
