Technical Dynamics 365 Consultant (CRM)

Role: Technical Consultant

**Salary**: £55,000 - £75,000 - dep on exp.

Hybrid Working: 1 - 2 days a week in the office

Location Stafford / Cannock

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration and Project Support: Work closely with consultants, developers, and project managers, contributing to various project activities such as configuration, customization, testing, and UAT support to ensure effective project delivery.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with internal departments to manage customer expectations, ensuring alignment with project deadlines, service level agreements, and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to enhance company practices and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Tasks:

- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks during training sessions that might impact project deadlines, directing concerns to the appropriate escalation channels.
- Methodology Adherence: Follow internal methodologies and project planning, ensuring service delivery aligns with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Project Management Support: Facilitate essential project tasks such as GAP analysis, product handovers, milestone verification, and configuration alignment based on client needs.
- Problem Resolution: Address client software concerns onsite, escalating issues that require further attention from the project management team.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate within the consultancy team, providing valuable client feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Configuration Assistance: Assist clients in configuring D365, conducting system walkthroughs, and attending client sites across the UK as needed.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise effectively with other company departments, sharing client concerns and ensuring timely resolutions in alignment with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving company practices by providing constructive feedback on internal processes.
- Flexibility and Commitment: Be open to out-of-hours work as required by project needs, including late nights and weekends.

**Requirements**:

- Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, 1st and 2nd line support experience, substantial knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) systems and the Power Platform, and desire for Microsoft certification.
- Expertise: Demonstrated experience in design, documentation, installation, configuration, testing, training, go-live processes, and data migration activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
