To sum up, your day-to-day challenges would be:

- Being able to gather relevant information to understand how customers and their businesses use our software.
- Understand, advise and troubleshoot our customers issues. We have hundreds of users all over the world, in many different sectors, with that number growing rapidly, however every single one is unique in their own way.
- Understand the user's challenges and issues they can occasionally face using HireHop. Patience, helpfulness and a friendly voice are key to this position.
- Proactively identifying ways of improving the products and services we deliver, including working with customers to see what they want and need.
- Actively communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure all the aims of the customer relationship are met.
- Troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring they receive the most beneficial help possible from HireHop.
- Calling potential customers to follow up and arrange demonstrations.
- Demonstrate HireHop to new potential customers.
- Organising and providing training to customers and their teams.
- Occasional travel to see clients or to exhibit at trade shows and very occasional need to work on a weekend with time off in lieu.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in one or more modern European languages - German, French, Italian, Dutch
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Have a fair understanding of web technologies
- Take a logical and organised approach to problem-solving, asking appropriate questions to facilitate the collection of information required
- Organised, able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and deliver on many things at once
- Articulate and possess excellent communication skills, with a charming and approachable personality
- Team-player who is able to work unsupervised
- Understand how to use cloud-based platforms
- Fluent in English
- **Must have the right to live and work in the UK**:

- Salary: £25k-30k depending on experience and languages, which will get higher with experience.

**Nice to have but not necessary**:

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience training and meeting customers via video call or face to face
- Basic knowledge of invoicing procedures
- Exposure to accounting software such as Xero and Quickbooks
- Experience in the rental industry
