STEM Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to work in a well established customer service team.
The position will initially be fully in the office during the training period and then will go to 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.
your daily duties will include:
- dealing with customer queries in a swift and professional manner
- Processing, monitoring and reporting on the progress of customer orders
- Ensuring that all customer liaison, order administration and customer file maintenance is maintained in a prompt and accurate manner
- Ensuring that quality and delivery query handling is resolved correctly and promptly.
- Support the sales team with the management of accounts
- Raise and amend product specifications in line with customer requirements
- Ensure that customer’s sampling and approval procedures are followed in line with agreed dates
The correct person for the job will have the following skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to calmly and effectively resolve queries in a timely manner
- competence in Microsoft office; Excel, Outlook and Word
- Sound experience within an general administration role

**Salary**: £19,600.00 per year
