We care for a variety of different needs, nursing, residential and dementia

We are increasing our staff team and looking for people to come and join us. We are looking for individuals to work either a 12 hour shift, starting at 07.45am and finishing at 20:00pm.

Experience is preferred, full induction and training will be given, we will also support you to gain your Care Certificate and after successful probation to sign up for NVQ's

On duty you will receive free refreshments and meals when working a long day.

About Fairlight:

- Set in the beautiful village town of Rustington, Fairlight is a privately run nursing home which offers 62 beds to residents with a range of needs. Our friendly and experienced team provide residential, nursing and respite care for older people.

About you:

- You must be able to engage well with our residents, their families and loved ones.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a care assistant is preferred but not essential.

About the Role:

- Assisting our residents with their personal care needs
- Supporting our residents with their nutritional intake
- Aiding and supporting our residents with emotional well being including their social needs
