Due to rapid expansion, The Testing Lab PLC (TTL) have a new opportunities for an **experienced Fire Risk Assessor.**

The role is varied and can involve visiting multiple sites each day to undertake fire risk assessments covering Dorset and surrounding areas. You will be required to attend Head Office in Doncaster, occassionally.

**Your key responsibilities are (and not limited too)**:

- Completion of type 1 & 2 Fire Risk Assessments throughout a variety of domestic and non domestic buildings
- Ensuring buildings are in-line with policy, best practice, regulatory and legislative requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Level 3 Certification in Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Management
- Previous experience within a Fire Safety Position
- Ability to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Travel occasionally may be required
