Customer Account Coordinator

**Job Role**
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, your role is to provide the area management team with supporting all operations to achieve best possible operational performance to meet regional objectives. Your main duties include:
- Create a contract file on receipt of an order with all relevant information, entering on the relevant contract register (Excel)
- Creating the service director to run the entire programme
- Carry out invoicing on Sage against the relevant order
- Updating contract registers with completed works from Parts Usage for work in progress before COP each Tuesday
- Liaising between departments to meet the engineers and clients needs
- Take incoming calls, dealing with enquiries from both customers and engineers
- Raise calls to engineers when they require additional works
- General admin, assisting the relevant Managers in account tasks
**Required skills**
As a service company we ask for excellent customer service skills and confident phone manner. Strong administration and IT skills with the ability to work well as part of our team. GCSE grade C and above in Maths and English.
