**Hours**: 40 Hours per week Monday - Friday

**What you'll be doing**:
Your principal responsibilities will be to assist with the production of accurate, timely and detailed reconciliations/analysis of centrally controlled balance sheet accounts/process recharges within the Veolia UK business, in line with company policy to primarily include:

- Pensions, Third-party intercompany recharges from Veolia UK Group companies
- Review and reconciliation of Veolia UK Group company payroll balance sheet control accounts and processing of associated charges
- Quarterly recharge of company doctor costs
- Ad-hoc recharge journals
- Transaction matching and clearing of payroll-associated payment
- Liaise with external auditors in relation to queries
- Monthly reconciliation between payroll HR and general ledger reports
- Clearance of any balance in suspense GL

**What we're looking for**:

- Studying AAT or other similar Accounting qualification
- Experience gathered within a similar accounting role
- Excel / Google Suite skills required
- Must have good attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Maintain confidentiality
