**These are home working posts and you will be expected to live in Greater London to support the travel requirements of the role.**

We are looking for two highly motivated student recruitment professionals to join our Recruitment and Outreach team to drive forward our student recruitment activity across Greater London and the surrounding regions of Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

The roles will require frequent and extensive travel to schools and colleges across Greater London, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire and occasionally throughout the UK. You must be prepared to work evenings and weekends. You will also be expected to work at the University of Portsmouth approximately once a month.

Within these roles, you will:

- Work collaboratively to develop, lead and deliver a regional recruitment plan to achieve the University’s undergraduate targets.
- Proactively build strong relationships with post 16 schools and colleges across the region to raise the profile of the University.
- You will need to be a results-oriented self-starter, with:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Demonstrable student recruitment experience
- A strong understanding of the needs of prospective students
- Confidence in using data and analytics to target recruitment activity.

A full clean driving licence is highly desirable and DBS clearance is essential.
