**Commissioning Coordinator - McCarthy Stone**

This role will form part of our newly structured team in Operational Excellence. Accountable for the effective coordination of the commissioning of our newly built Developments/Estates.

**Location** - Various across our stunning new developments opening in London and the Southeast

**Salary** - £25,500 per annum

**Role Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the new build handover for all new developments across London and Southeast into the Service team portfolio.
- Within new developments recruit and induct need colleagues and their teams to the business.
- Regularly attend events including, sales and recruitment events
- Present alongside our Head of Operational Excellence to create an accurate and engaging presentation selling the benefits of our new Developments
- Provide guidance to optimise a positive customer journey for our Homeowners moving in to our new developments.
- Support initial defect/snagging management as part of the customer journey
- Ensure new developments are in the best position for our Homeowners including staffing, systems, processes, policies, standard operating systems etc
- Working with our Lifestyle and Engagement Team to begin to build a community ahead of opening
- Excellent communicator across all departments in the organisation including our Homeowners. Also, this covers a variety of internal Stakeholders.

**Key Requirements for the Role of Commissioning Coordinator**
- Able to forge positive working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Ideally previous resource planning, administration and coordination experience preferably gained in a similar environment
- Good administrative and organisational skills are essential
- Operational experience in a customer centric organisation
- Ability to work on their own initiative and priorities their daily workloads
- Customer focused
- Highly organised
- Professional and approachable
- Sound presentation skills
- Collaborative and can-do approach
