To support the delivery of an effective Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panel (DAPP) meeting. Co-ordinated response to perpetrators of domestic abuse in Dorset. Administer and book the panels over MS Teams.

To carry out administrative duties which may include:
- Data collation and returns for Drive Project
- Word processing/keyboarding
- Formatting documents
- Ordering resources
- Filing and storage of information in compliance with GDPR

Co-ordination of office diaries for DAPP meetings. Secure E-Mail distribution of case lists. Work within agreed timescales.

To ensure DAPP meetings are co-ordinated and conducted in a professional & timely manner.

Receive and respond to enquiries from representatives, including complex queries related to area of work

Provide relevant information, on the phone, face-to-face or electronic based on existing Drive project procedures

Deal with straightforward queries and escalate more difficult or complicated queries to Police Officer

To ensure a professional & efficient service is provided to Dorset Police staff, Partner Agencies and service users.

Organise, schedule all DAPP meetings.

Plan and organise own work and/or contribute to Drive project locally.

Co-ordinate with partners at the DAPP meetings.

Service the meeting and collate data in line with DAPP and commissioning requirements

To ensure the DAPP function operates smoothly & effectively.

Create, store, maintain, retrieve and update records/data both manual and electronic on a local and national systems. Input and collate data on identified System(s)

Use and understand common systems relevant to area of work to enable manipulation of information and initial investigation of queries/problems

To ensure efficient and accurate record keeping, Update NICHE records with actions or responses from partners

To gather and collate research information for self and others and carry out follow-up enquiries as directed.To ensure the DAPP function operates smoothly & effectively.

The postholder is required to effectively engage with internal and external contacts at all levels, in order to provide a high-quality standard of service. To present a positive image and service to both internal and external partners

Maintain confidentiality in relation to data protection issues and Management of Police Information (MOPI) standards and GDPR. To provide and maintain a confidential professional service.

This list of duties is not restrictive or exhaustive and the postholder may be required to carry out duties from time to time that are either commensurate with/or lower than the grade of the post. In some posts this might include the ad-hoc provision of guidance and informal training of new colleagues. Completion of duties to meet the needs of the Police Service.
