Landside Operational Lead

Service - Landside covers all areas of Heathrow Airport except the Terminals and Airside. The area is largely made up of the passenger tunnels, roads, forecourts, car parks, subways and Bus Station.

The Landside Operational Lead is responsible for supporting the operational and management teams in maintaining and improving the Landside area and reports directly to the designated Transport Manager. The role does not have any direct line reports but will be expected to direct supporting HAL teams, traffic officials, business partners and third party suppliers to ensure a coordinated response is achieved and maintained against the Heathrow priorities.

**Your role will involve**:

- Supporting the smooth running of the Service’s Transport Logistics team, providing a great experience for all our customers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring Heathrow colleagues, business partners and third-party suppliers work within Heathrow Health, Safety & Fire Regulatory framework and ensure compliance obligations are met.
- Maintaining and creating office systems including data management and filing, assisting with correspondence, production of documents, preparation of reports and presentations and assist with Landside operation projects.
- Liaising, supporting, and managing operational and financial performance, reducing financial risk and improving third party service level agreements.
- Playing an active role in supporting operational teams during contingency, incident response, peak periods, and any other disruptive event.
- Helping and supporting with Ad-hoc Landside projects.
- Working closely with third parties and business partners to share information and ensure they are working to plan.
