Our onsite canteen is at the heart of our Head Office, which creates an energetic and vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for a 2nd Chef to join our successful Facilities team.

**What does this role involve?**

As a 2nd Chef, you will support our Chef Manager in our on-site canteen, preparing hot and cold options for breakfast and lunch.
Day-to-day you will;
- ensure the kitchen is prepared and ready for services;
- take fresh produce deliveries and complete stock checks;
- plan a variety of menu’s with both hot and cold options for service;
- conduct health and safety checks to ensure the canteen is adhering to hygiene standards;
- maintain temperature records as required and to report any variance.

**Who are we looking for?**

You will have NVQ Level 2 or higher in catering or similar relevant qualifications.

Your previous experience with preparing and cooking food in a similar canteen environment will ensure you hit the ground running.
