Receptionist/administrator

New River Health is looking for an individual with customer service experience. Full Training will be provided on our system and protocols. The job is based at two sites in Hertford and Ware. You will be required to work at both sites. This job is a very high demanding job.
Key Responsibilities include:
Greeting all members of the public that are visiting the surgery.
Making and Receiving relevant calls to patients and external departments (such as hospitals, other health care clinics). Be able to deal with high demand.
Recording appointments, arrivals, cancellations, future appointment and processing home visits on the computer databases.
Entering and scan data from hospital letters.
Making sure patient notes are up to date with any forms that need to be forwarded to external authorities.
Covering other shifts, as may be required, in the absences of other staff.
Dealing with different forms of communication from patient like in person, on the phone or online.
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
