Hotel Receptionist

The Salisbury Arms Hotel is set in an iconic 18th-century building in the centre of the historic town of Hertford, this traditional hotel has overgone a transformational refurbishment. Our award-winning designers will be restoring the listed building to its original beauty, with an addition of a stunning garden terrace for alfresco drinking and dining all year round, a private dining room and incredible period features. All accompanied by locally sourced menus, premium wines and of course, our locally brewed beers.

Do you have the experience in administration or in a receptionist position? Do you consider yourself professional, organised and personable? We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to make sure our guests are greeted in a welcoming and courteous manner.

Receptionist
5 days a week including weekends
Shifts will be between 7am & 9pm

Description of Duties
Greeting Guests in a professional and courteous manner
Answering the phone
Checking guests in & out
Ensuring a good handover is made to other the receptionist so that important information is passed on
Work closely with the housekeeping team on room availability
support housekeeping for holiday cover
