We're on the lookout for a creative and business savvy Head of Marketing to join us as we move through this exciting period of growth and development. You’ll need to lead the marketing strategy across the whole organisation towards objectives that include expanding our reach and penetrating new markets.

You'll be exceptionally innovative, and possess the ability to create and manage multiple campaigns across a number of platforms, both digital and traditional. We’d like to see that you have proven experience managing the full marketing mix in an organisation that has similar values and standards to NCRQ.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, implement and manage inspiring and engaging marketing strategies to support NCRQ’s overall business objectives
- Lead on the creation of compelling content that provides value to the reader, generates demand for our qualifications and fosters loyalty to our brand
- Lead and advise on the content of our website, making appropriate changes in line with quality assurance procedures
- Build and lead an effective team who can work together to achieve marketing objectives
- Manage the advertising and marketing budgeting and make informed decisions about expenditure to increase return on investment
- Manage social media channels, communicating with current and prospective students in innovative ways that align with the overall voice of the organisation
- Identify and react to key marketing opportunities, taking action where these align with our purpose and values
- Maintain a broad and up-to-date knowledge in relevant and related fields to ensure sufficient formal and job-based training meets standards expected.
- Attend external events and exhibitions across the country to promote NCRQ, maintain CPD, and gather intelligence.

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum of three years in a marketing management role
- Experience developing and delivering a marketing strategy across a number of platforms
- Must have experience producing creative and professional copy, both long and short
- Marketing or similar qualification at degree level
- Experienced with data analysis and reporting
- You'll pride yourself on your impeccable grammar and attention to detail
- You'll have a strategic outlook; considering both the bigger picture and what needs to be done in the short term
- You'll have excellent commercial awareness and can align the marketing strategy with business objective
