- Follow-up on enquiries for privately-funded packages of care
- Complete home care assessments, care plans and risk assessments
- Liase with our recruitment team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist in quality control checks, auditing etc
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure deadlines and regulatory expectations are met
- At a later stage there will be an on-call rota shared among the Promised Care team as a whole. Eventually will be outsourced but must make it clear that there will be an expectation at some point as this new branch grows.
- Everyone at all levels at Promised Care are expected on occasion to cover care visits in emergencies, setting up packages of care (evenings and weekends included) or otherwise. As part of our quality assurance senior staff attend a client's first visit/s for introductions and robust shadowing to our care staff and as part of our inclusive approach to providing care services.

- **Essential Requirements**:

- Must be a driver & own your own car
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Proven hands-on experience in healthcare or sector
- Comfortable in a front-facing role as you'll be meeting new clients and their families for assessments and/or reviews, or alongside other relevant professionals such as Social Workers, Nurses, GP's, Occupational Therapists etc.
- Worked in a supervisory or team leader role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Manage our Somerset enquiries and mail inbox
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

- **Preferable Experience**
- Care Certificate &/or Level 3/4/5 in Health & Social Care or other relevant qualification/s
- Strong background in domiciliary care specifically or can demonstrate a good understanding of this sector. Understands the relationship between care agencies and NHS ICB and Local Authorities. Experienced in receiving packages, completing care plans, risk assessments and scheduling.
- Experienced in supporting the management of Dementia, Alzheimer's, Multiple Scleriosis, Parkinson's, Palliative and End-of-Life Care.
- Experienced in auditing client care notes, tasks and medication administration charts
- Confident with using the Miscrosoft Suite, Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Experienced in training and managing a team or is confident in ability to do so with a fair and firm approach.
- Experienced in task prioritisation and appropriate delegation

To begin with 2-3 days a week, 9am-5pm. Specific days of working are negotiable, but must be fixed ongoing so the London team can plan their commutes. For the individual that fits in well and demonstrates a desire to grow the branch, you can remain part-time in your role or increase to full-time 37.5hrs a week with potential future promotion.
