**The Role**:
As a Patient Administration Officer with us, you'll play a pivotal role in undertaking all administrative and reception activities required along with providing excellent customer care to patients and visitors attending the Centre. **What You'll Do**:

- Work closely with consultants and secretaries to provide support in the patient pathway.
- Appropriately direct all incoming calls and participate in all reception duties
- Collaborate with PAO colleagues ensure consistent cover for the centre’s reception.
- Liaise with insurance companies to ensure all insurance cover is verified.
- Liaise with consultants, secretaries, radiographers and nursing staff regarding new patient and review clinics, follow-up clinics and during treatment courses.
- Act as point of contact for all patients ensuring a professional and efficient service.

**What You'll Have**:
**Experience and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience managing a busy reception area
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience within a diverse range of administrative roles
- Experience with resolving complaints satisfactorily
- Qualifications and Knowledge:

- Experience of using Mosaic IT package an advantage
- Be proficient in all MS office packages including, but not limited to, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Previously worked within the healthcare sector
