J&P Accountants is an international accountancy firm with offices in Europe and China.

We help e-commerce sellers from all over the world expand their business across Europe by managing their VAT operations: VAT registration, VAT filings and communication with tax authorities.

**Job description**:
You will manage our existing and new clients to help them achieve their business goals. Working closely with your teammates you will engage with clients at different points of their journey. You will be onboarding renewing and retaining new and existing clients. You will understand potential obstacles and opportunities for clients and partner with different teams to deliver our VAT services to our clients. You should go beyond reactively responding to clients enquiries by proactively understanding and supporting our clients desired business outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboarding process, managing, and transitioning clients into service and conducting introduction meetings when required.
- Client relationship management, retentions, renewal.
- Create a positive and open strategic relationship, maintaining a detailed understanding of the client’s business and infrastructure.
- Represent the client in engaging with the rest of the J&P team; proactively identifying possible issues the client may have and helping the client to overcome the obstacles.
- Acting as a primary escalation point on behalf of clients, for service delivery, coordination of efforts and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to communicate and action any necessary work.
- Ongoing service delivery engagement and communication with clients.
- Enhancement of internal processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, with excellent collaborative skills.

**Highly Desirable**
- Experience using Amazon seller central.
- Experience using Zendesk.
- Administration Skills.
- German Spanish Italian Polish Language skill.
