Customer Service Executive:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Providing detailed information about products or services, including pricing, availability, and features.
  • Investigating and resolving customer problems, which may include issuing refunds, arranging returns, or escalating issues to the appropriate department.
  • Raising customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders on our internal system, ensuring all data entered is accurate.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer information and interaction records in the company's database.
  • Collecting and documenting customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product or service enhancements.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and to gather feedback on the customer service experience.
