Reporting to the Property Acquisitions Management Team, this role will be a key position in the department to support delivery of the Trade Counter rollout and management of current estate. You will work within the Property team supporting site progress from start to finish and will play a fundamental role in Screwfix growth.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the team with administration tasks.
- Request surveys and actions from external suppliers and in house business partners, ensure they follow procedures and deliver results when promised
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for board/senior management meetings
- Manage the property mailbox and progress queries/opportunities.
- Deal with verification and payment of invoices received.
- Review and research property database for site opportunities
- Consistently work to improve our processes and practices.
- Deal with confidential and sensitive information
- Update excel tracking documents to record property details and progress
- Lead meeting to understand programming of sites and gather information.
- Coordinate adhoc projects from conception to finalisation working with key stakeholders across the business
- Update Social media sites for the team and promote success of the department

**Required skills & experience**
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience of successfully managing a number of internal relationships across a variety of levels
- Demonstrable experience of working within a deadline driven environment
- High attention to detail is essential.
- Flexible and proactive approach to tasks
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook/PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Ability to work on own and use initiative
