Your Role as an Estate Agent Trainee:

As an Estate Agent Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our sales team with administrative tasks, dealing with customer inquiries, and visiting properties. You will also have the opportunity to register customers, canvass for potential business, and carry out accompanied viewings.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Dealing with customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Visiting properties and conducting accompanied viewings
  • Registering customers and assisting them in their search for a home
  • Canvassing for potential business and sales


What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a candidate who is focused on customer care and customer service. You should be resilient, positive, and organized, with a strong desire to pursue a career in sales and marketing.



Training and Development:

As an Estate Agent Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification alongside your job role. You will also receive fantastic in-house training that complements the apprenticeship program.
