- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and organize office files and using our CRM software database
- Scheduling appointments for engineers and diary planning
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

- Previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferred within contruction sector
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and record keeping
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
