**Job Title** - Regional Service Manager
**Location** - West Midlands - Stafford, Cannock, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas

**Salary** - to £42k basic + 15% bonus + fantastic benefits listed below

**The Person & Skills**
- You should be enthusiastic and a strong communicator.
- Possess a strong commercial understanding and knowledge of working with a P&L.
- You will be an independent decision maker and know the impact of the choices you make.
- You must have a 1st class approach to customer support and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
- You should be organised and able to follow & create structured processes.
- Able to set targets and lead a team to a world class performance.
- Ideally you will have previous experience managing a team of external Field Service Engineers and be familiar with a Mechanical / Electrical product, however someone with either strong Field Management skills or transferable skills will also be considered.

**The Role**
- You will be managing a team of 15 Field and site Service Engineers
- Maintaining and building relationships with customers and distributors.
- You will be working within the constraints of a P&L and increasing profitability via cost & revenue control.
- You’ll be fully responsible for the recruitment, training and development of all your Field Service Engineer's.
- You will be measured on margin control, service fulfilment, customer satisfaction and stock control.
