Sitting within the wider Protocol Education team, we are looking to recruit a Regional Manager for the Midlands who will oversee the Midlands Region. **The Role**As a Regional Manager at Protocol Education, you will play an essential role in the success of the company. This is an exciting new role which will allow you to grow and expand our Midlands region and to ensure a quality servicefor pupils, schools and educators. Building and developing a team of your own in a supportive environment, creating and embedding a positive and high performing culture, delivering world class customer service and championing quality and passion for educationare some of the things you can look forwards to when joining our Senior Management team.

**As a Regional Manager you will be expected to**:

- Ensure that the business performance of the Region consistently meets budget, in addition to targets, initiatives, and set KPIs
- Oversee the recruitment, management and development of a high performing team of staff in each Branch within the Region
- Manage and oversee client relationships and client development
- Work with all staff in the Region to pro-actively develop multiple lines of business in all using clients
- Ensure all areas of the business are carried out in line with Company policies, procedures, quality standards and values
- Ensure that all educators receive the best possible service from the branches within the Region that reflects the values of the Company and secures their long-term loyalty
- Lead workforce planning and headcount in line with budget expectations, while minimising staff turnover
- Drive and lead on staff development and wellbeing initiatives
