**The Role**
Working within the Global Touring Product team, the Product Admin team look after the loading of content into our booking system and maintain supplier relationships and communications throughout the operating seasons.
Reporting into the Product Load & Supply Manager, the role entails accurate data entry for both brands (Topdeck Travel and Back-Roads Touring) in a consistent and timely manner, whilst working with our suppliers to deliver unforgettable trips across the globe by processing and confirming reservations and the components which make up our amazing trips.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the load of all trip information into the booking system including:
- Trip packages and itineraries
- Trip services
- Trip capacity and allocation by room type
- Trip package and service pricing
- Perform quality checks and review loaded content to prevent errors and inconsistencies
- Build and maintain supplier relationships to advise details including:
- Final passenger numbers and rooming lists
- Additional passenger bookings
- Pre and post trip accommodation and airport transfer bookings
- Cancellations
- Reserve tickets and make bookings for some activities
- Communicate with the Customer Service Team regarding bookings and general enquiries
- Work closely with the Product Team to ensure all supplier expectations are met
- Liaise with the Operations Team to assist with on-road requirements
- Maintain internal use documents and databases to ensure information is current
- Work with the Product Load & Supply Manager to identify and action opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- During quieter periods of the year there might be a requirement to support with other Product tasks outside of the normal Product Load & Supply work, such as assisting with product development or contracting
**Experience, Requirements and Key Behaviours**

- Previous experience using travel industry booking systems (preferred)
- Relevant travel industry experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- The right to live and work in the UK
