We are working with Proserve who have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their team based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. The role is on a full-time, permanent basis offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Proserve have over 50 years of experience with the design, supply and support of fabric formwork systems for the global market. Fabric formwork is primarily used for marine construction where they are filled with micro concrete, grout or concrete.

The Marketing Executive will work alongside the Commercial Director to drive industry awareness of the Company including its range of solutions and technology through content development and distribution, engaging both a technical and practical audience.

**Main Duties**:

- Assist with the development of the marketing strategy and have a key role in shaping the marketing plan.
- Assist with brand management, ensuring uniformity of brand image.
- Identify and develop multi-media content such as rendered images, videos, articles, social media posts, newsletters, brochures and case studies, working with external suppliers where necessary.
- Copywriting, proofreading and editing all marketing materials and documents.
- Improve and update website with latest content.
- Implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Manage and grow social media presence by creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and increasing brand awareness across platforms.
- Organise both internal and external events.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and data driven decision making.
- Effectively monitor marketing budgets, assisting with allocation of resources for maximum impact and return on investment.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience of working in a marketing role.
- Strong content development skills, including the ability to produce content in a range of multi-media formats.
- Highly creative with a track record of devising engaging and motivating digital campaigns.
- Graphic design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ad serving tools.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Data driven with excellent reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
- Strong written and oral communication skills - ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to target audiences.
