Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks, project coordination, and other key functions. You will help implement marketing campaigns, content creation, and group initiatives while working closely with various team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

**THE ROLE**
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining organised files and records, and maintaining a calendar of campaigns, events, and communications.
- Assist in the ideation and creation of marketing content, working with the wider marketing team, as well as sales and technical teams to ensure relevance and timely completion.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, and contact information. Assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure that the social media calendars are kept up-to-date with content that supports the campaign strategy
- Complete ad hoc tasks and assignments to support the marketing department's day-to-day operations.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- 3-4 Years Marketing Experience
- Organised Self-Starter and Team Player

- Location: Leamington Spa (Kenilworth) Office

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
