Lettings Negotiator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well established and busy independent office in Kenilworth.

Our client is a reputable brand who is extremely passionate about what they do and are looking for a like-minded individual with experience in lettings.

The position will involve:

- Administration
- Canvassing
- Viewing Generation
- Market Appraisal Generation
- Attending Viewings and Valuations
- Landlord Care
- Viewing Feedback
- Previous lettings experience is a MUST
- Full UK driving license
- Self motivated and capable of working towards a target
- Well presented
- Knowledge of the Lettings Legislation

You will be highly motivated and driven and will enjoy being part of a successful and well established firm.
