**Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Cloud ERP**

**Location: Remote based anywhere in the UK but ideally living Midlands/North of England**

**If you do not live in a commutable distance to Manchester the expectation is to spend on average 2 days per month in the office based in the Manchester area and the rest of the time is remote working from home.**

**The role of the Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Cloud ERP**:

- Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing and active Enterprise Applications I.T Organisation, this is an exciting opportunity to join a globally successful life science company and partnering with our global business leaders
- As the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for Oracle Cloud you will partner with the business leaders and their team to analyse, design and improve work processes by leveraging information technology systems and services, for example the Supply Chain and ManufacturingDepartments
- Perform QA testing of new features to ensure that requirements are met, and the resulting user experience is as intended
- Participate in and support user acceptance testing and the deployment of the solution to production
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine, as necessary
- Offers advice on process improvements and technical solutions
- Ability to synthesise high-level concepts surrounding new requests into a set of business requirements

**The requirements of the Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Cloud ERP**:

- To be considered for this role you must have 2+ years experience of implementing Oracle Cloud modules (other Oracle experience will be considered) ideally in a supply chain/manufacturing environment in any industry as a Business Systems Analyst, BusinessSystems Specialist, System Analyst, Oracle Business System Lead or equivalent title and role
- Experience with process improvement and optimisation initiatives, and experience in implementing systems to support software based operating models, processes, and procedures - you will be working with internal departments within an organisation such asSupply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing or others to understand their processes, and what they do, so you are able to suggest new improvements, and internal I.T systems to improve work processes
- Primarily we need this person to bring industry experience and optimize current and suggest new business process flows (modules)
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, highly motivated team player with excellent communication/problem-solving skills.
- Quick learning ability and easy adaptability to new environments.
- Provide business recommendations for designing new solutions. Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions
- Degree level in Computer Science, or a closely related IT / Computer based degree
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid role with approximately 2 days per week spent in the Manchester office

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Basic Salary Circa £40,000 - £51,174 (DOE)
