**Job Specification**

**Position**: Warehouse Administrator

**Location**: Elton, Chester

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8am-5.00pm

**Salary**: £28,000 PA

HRGO are seeking a Permanent Warehouse Administrator to work within a manufacturing company. The role is based in Elton (own transport required due to location).

**Responsibilities**
- Managing customer orders and prioritisation based on customer requirements
- Stock investigation through warehouse management system (WMS)
- Creation and management of customer POs, picks, and stock management within the WMS
- Managing customer queries.
- Warehouse error tracking through issue log
- Stationery and consumables stock management & ordering where required
- KPI reporting

**Experience and Skills**:

- Strong communicator and customer service skills
- Calm under pressure
- Innovative, forward thinking, able to think 'outside the box' and generate new opportunities for improvement
- A team player
- Quick learner - ability to learn new IT systems
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Adaptable IT skills
- Previous experience with WMS systems preferred
