Sea Kargo Ltd is a Freight Forwarding Company based in Felixstowe. They handle all aspects involved within the Logistics industry including Warehousing, Container Storage, UK & European Distribution, Customs Clearance, Sea Freight & Air Freight. Sea Kargo Ltd have three locations, our head office in Felixstowe, our Warehouse on Felixstowe docks, and our China Branch office in Shenzhen.

Sea Kargo Ltd are looking for a Stock Controller/Administrator to be a part of the Warehouse team at Felixstowe docks location. This job role involves managing the stock coming in and out of the warehouse. Our Warehouse is a high paced environment with multiple trucks going in and out of the premises every day. An Inventory system is operated for all cargo going in and out of the warehouse which needs to be monitored and maintained as efficiently as possible. Stock Controller is a key part of the Warehouse team to make sure all clients cargo is recorded, tracked and handled efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and maintaining the inventory system and ensuring it is fully up to date at all times
- Invoicing storage for all cargo in the warehouse, in the yard and for container storage
- Using excel spreadsheets, updating and maintaining accordingly
- Assisting drivers at the reception for collections and deliveries
- Physically checking stock in the warehouse matches products codes on the labels and information provided by the clients
- Creating and supplying the Warehouse Operators with labels for inbound cargo
- Completing monthly stock checks/reports
- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Foreman

You will need to have/to be:

- able to work in a high paced environment
- great customer service skills
- attention to detail and experience using excel spreadsheets
- able to work as part of a team and on your own

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Holiday: 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), 2 paid sick days per annual year, 1 x flexi day incurred for each full year of employment

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
