About the Role:

Uniserve (U K ) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stock Controller to oversee stock levels, conduct counts, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough stock counts across various on-site environments.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary licenses for stock counting tasks.
  • Perform cycle counts and update warehouse management system (WMS) stock quantities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily stock control tasks.
  • Support department administration and maintain effective communication.
  • Assist with day-to-day business activities as needed.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings.
  • Maintain department records and databases.
  • Monitor customer stock needs and availability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong drive to see tasks through to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Understanding of warehousing and supply chain processes.
  • Good time management skills and adaptability.
