At FTCH, we are seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Call Handler to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Call Handler, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and promoting our products and services. Your exceptional communication skills, unwavering enthusiasm, and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude when engaging with customers, building rapport and trust.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, utilizing persuasive selling techniques.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and the ability to handle challenging and sometimes rude customers.
- Ability to multitask and navigate through various software systems simultaneously.
- Comfortable with sales and target-oriented environments.
- High level of professionalism and empathy.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
