As the Customer service /Traffic co-ordinator you will be working in a team on the afternoon shift
- Taking customer calls and resolving queries
- Claims processing
- Input orders and consignments - Domestic and international

Must have organizational skills and a proven administrative background as a lot of the role will involve looking up/ resolving freight enquiries on our systems for our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity and a full time position that could progress into other areas of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: £24,570.00 per year
