Payroll & HR Coordinator - £35,000 - £40,000 - Central London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading and growing law firm on the recruitment of a Payroll & HR Coordinator on a permanent basis.

This role will play a huge part in the team and be responsible for all payroll & HR administration.

Our client is offering Hybrid working with a requirement of 2-3 days per week in the office.

The Role:

- Managing payroll administration: collating information and producing monthly payroll reports for submission to Managing Partner, Head of HR, Accounts Manager and payroll bureau. Checking draft payslips and dealing with payroll queries.
- Responsibility for all post-offer recruitment and induction administration, to include offer letters & draft contracts, HR information gathering, references, DBS checks, etc.

Skills required:

- ideally working for a legal or professional services firm.
- strong excel skills
- strong vendor management experience.
