Hartsholme Pre-School & Kids Club is looking to recruit an outstanding Level 3 Practitioner to work in our Pre-school. If you can think on their feet and have the necessary skills to inspire and enrich the lives of young children in their early learning, then we want to hear from you.
We offer a competitive pay rate starting at £11.70 per hour for staff who hold a full and relevant level 3 qualification or above.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their ability to:
- Effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members)
- Support other staff and engage in a good staff team.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs.
- Ensure the provision of a high quality environment to meet the needs of individual children having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
- Maintain children’s learning journal and records electronically
The hours are between 7.30am until 6.00pm Monday-Friday (3 or 4 days per week with a consistent day off in the week) Hours may be negotiable for the right applicant.
