**SEND Practitioner**
**Location: Gainsborough**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate SEND **Practitioner** to join a **GSL Education** partnered school in Lincoln. This **full-time, permanent** position offers an **immediate start** with a daily rate of **£80 - £110.**

The successful **SEND Practitioner** will work closely with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, playing a crucial role in their development and wellbeing. This role demands a compassionate, resilient, and proactive individual ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Support**: Provide direct support to students with SEMH needs, fostering their emotional wellbeing and social skills.
- ** Intervention Strategies**: Implement and develop intervention strategies to support students' learning and personal development.
- ** Collaborative Planning**: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to plan and coordinate support for SEMH students.
- ** Monitor Progress**: Regularly monitor and report on students' progress, adapting strategies as needed to meet their evolving needs.
- ** Engagement and Motivation**: Engage students in learning and extracurricular activities, promoting a positive school experience.

**Requirements**:
**SEND Experience**: Proven experience working with SEND students or in a similar role within educational settings.
- **Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- ** Resilience and Adaptability**: The ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- ** Team Player**: A collaborative approach, working effectively with the wider school team.
- ** Relevant Qualifications**: A UK degree or equivalent qualifications relevant to the role would be advantageous.
