- Job Purpose- Responsibility of this role is designed to provide administration and processing support, to the Flogas Britain wider business, supporting the Lead Administrator CAS.- Accountabilities- Responsible for accurate and timely transaction processing across the Sales Ledger, in line with company policies and procedure which include:

-  Ensuring accurate, timely processing and value adding administration support to the wider business, in line with (SLA’s) company policies and procedures which include:

- Updating of Bulk and Cylinder formula & LNG pricing
- Unpriced orders and posting of deliveries.- New Codas supplier set ups, changes and reopening of finish dated accounts.
- Closing of supplier’s accounts following reviews
- Customer direct debit set up and confirmation.
- Codas & Concur employee account changes and maintenance.
- Codas VAT certification number set up and review of missing VAT numbers.
- VAT reporting
- CCL certification audit
- HSE questionnaire completion
- E-Billing customer validation set up, campaign support and maintenance.
- Inbound & outbound Transactional depts post management including returned post and next steps/action
- Any other duties (as further wider business duties migrate to agreed timelines)
-  Support with creation, review and maintenance of up-to-date and accurate procedures, process notes and training plans / documentation.

- Previous experience of processing multiple administration tasks, across many departments, accurately and efficiently, to tight deadlines
