Customer Care - Team Leader

As Art Director on our creative team, you will be responsible for implementing and developing New Look’s brand aesthetic through the creation of concepts and designs across our online and offline channels.
- Responsibilities:_

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the first line team, you will:
Role model a customer obsession culture within your team, maintaining a positive, highly engaging environment by living and breathing our service promise
Ensure that customer measures are continuously challenged and improved upon, reporting successes and challenges to the Customer Care Operations Manager
Use your understanding of people, technology and processes to propose tangible ideas for improving efficiency without compromising our levels of customer care
Conduct regular and effective 1:1’s & performance reviews with your team, working closely on personal development
Ensuring your team meet key KPI’s set including revenue generation.
Have a broad understanding of the wider customer care teams & channels, to successfully support cross-functional working where required
Work with the Customer Care specialists to identify opportunities for improvement in your team providing constructive coaching, support and development as required
- About You:_

Supervisory experience gained in a contact centre or customer facing, team management role
Genuinely passionate about working with people, someone who can really engage, lead and inspire teams to be customer obsessed
Highly flexible approach with a key eye for detail and great problem-solving skills
Willingness to put customers first coupled with the ability to balance customer and business needs
Positive disposition with a willingness to focus on what can be done rather than what can’t be done
Excellent all-round communication skills
High energy levels with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Able to build positive and constructive relationships with key stakeholders
Strong IT skills - confident in all Microsoft Office programmes (particularly Excel)
