**The Role**
We’re looking for a data driven, pro-active and confident individual to join our Pricing Team
As our new Pricing Team Leader, you will

quality and seamless customer service. Accurate pricing is a key service deliverable and, as our new
Pricing Team Leader, you will take pride in developing and optimising our existing pricing processes,
to ultimately improve the customer experience.
You are a problem solver who takes a practical approach to data analysis and has a keen eye for
detail. Using your experience in the energy industry, specifically around pricing, you will instil a data
driven and analytical approach within the Pricing Team.
As our Pricing Team Leader you will own our pricing service delivery and be responsible for
identifying and mitigating risk associated to Pricing activity. You’re excited to join and lead an
expanding team and be a key influence in delivering the ambitious targets of the Energy Division.
**Key Duties**
- To own the Pricing Service delivery.
- Identify risks, impacting the customer and/or LASER, and work closely with
stakeholders to manage and resolve.
- Identify, design, manage and implement additional service/revenue opportunities.
- Identify trends in types of customer, supplier and internal enquiries and implement
- Be the point of contact where required in the absence of the Portfolio Manager.
- Resolve customer level escalations and complaints, mitigating the need for higher
escalation. Undertake root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve the
pricing service.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Leads, the Portfolio Team Leader and Billing Manager to
deliver the best possible service.
- Own and optimise the BAU pricing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and
implementing efficiencies.
- Enable full visibility and progress of reconciliation and commission claims.
- Manage a structured commission claim calendar and report on budget, forecast and actual
claim values.
- Coach and develop a Commission Analyst to deliver the commission claim function
for the Energy Division.
- Manage the Fixed Term Fixed Price Tender Schedule and coordinate renewals.
- Keep up to date with the Fixed and Flex Framework offerings, ensuring that tenders and
price renewals are in line with the Agreement.
- Coach and develop a team of Pricing Analysts to deliver accurate pricing for the LASER
customer base.
- Embed performance management tools to ensure pricing, commission claims,
reconciliations and forecasting follow defined processes and are in line with KPI's.
- Coach the Pricing team to develop analytical and technical skills, with strong
commercial awareness.
- Collaborate with the Energy Portfolio Team Leader and SLP Lead to deliver accurate flexible
price renewals
**What we need from you -**
- Strong experience of leading, coaching and developing a team
- Detailed knowledge and experience in the energy supply industry, specifically in relation to commodity and non-commodity pricing.
- Experience of setting and measuring performance metrics, identifying and managing risk.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high level outputs/service
- Experience in identifying and implementing improvements to operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Data driven with strong analytical skills
