Change Manager - Gourock (Hybrid) - 6 Month FTC - £50,000 per annum (prorated)
Advanced Resource Managers are looking for an accomplished Change Manager to join their client in Gourock on an initial 6-month basis, with the possibility of going permanent.
To be successful in this position, you will need previous Change Management experience within a matrix-style organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver a detailed change strategy plan for the programme.
- Monitor and track strategy performance, improving where necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for all queries related to change management.
- Coach senior business leaders and stakeholders on all things related to the project, championing best practice.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan to deliver required capabilities.
- Develop and deliver appropriate skills and behaviour interventions.
- Establish an effective change network and ensure appropriate coaching and support is provided.
- Identify stakeholder groups and ensure comms and engagement activity is targeted appropriately to each group.
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within change management leading change initiatives.
- A background in the engineering or maritime sector would be advantageous.
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels, from associate to director.
- APMG Change Management certificate, or HR qualification.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
