We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Maintenance Programme Coordinator to join our client based in Gourock on a 12-month fixed term contract.

As Technical Maintenance Programme Coordinator, you will provide support to the annual overhaul programme and Asset Management Technical Maintenance Programme function.

The Technical Maintenance Programme Coordinator will be able to work remotely, with occasional network travel and travel to the head office in Gourock required.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**- A seagoing background with a minimum of an Engineer Officer of the Watch certification is desirable-
- HNC in Business/administrative qualification or 3 years’ experience in a similar roleProven communication skills, organised, with excellent attention to detail-
- Ability to deal with staff and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally-
- The ability to multitask, prioritise, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure-
- The desire to show initiative and work under on your own to produce results-
- Good initiative skills: ability to get started and work independently when necessary, and to come up with ideas and carry them out-
- Be flexible and open to change, with a focus on continual improvement-
- Adaptable, coping with change and unstructured environments at ease-
- Have integrity and be passionate about what they do-
- Have a strong work & environmental ethic and eagerness to develop solutions to problems**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Provide support to the Technical Maintenance Programme Lead in the day-to-day management of specific suppliers-
- Facilitate approved change to Asset and Maintenance records within the companies CMMS following the relevant change control process and maintain all associated records-
- Supporting business processes, projects & development as directed by Director & Heads of Departments-
- Providing support to Asset Management/Operations/Projects/Technical Supplier & Logistics/Shore Support/Vessels as required-
- Assist with & provide management information on a regular & ad hoc basis-
- Acting as deputy to Technical Maintenance Programme Manager as required-
- Any other duties required by Technical Maintenance Programme Manager**REMUNERATION PACKAGE ON OFFER**
