As the Service Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to develop your skillset including customer service and sales within a long established business.

**Main duties**
- Scheduling of service calls on a daily basis and organising engineers jobs
- Ordering spare parts and quoting customers accordingly
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
- Checking engineers weekly time sheets
- Vehicle Fleet Management
- Maintain/update CRM System
- AD hoc administration duties
- **Necessary Skills**
- Excellent IT Skills - Knowledge of Sage accounts preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
- Adaptable and flexible to change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to organise and multitask
- Excellent time management
- Work well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
