In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining stores and keeping accurate stock records, arranging collections, receipting and despatching of goods in the accounting software system, and assisting with stock purchasing.

You will also maintain the office in-house services, such as but not limited to arranging air conditioning maintenance visits, arranging plumbing and electricians when needed as well as running an effective WEEE program for waste management.

**What will your role as a Stores and Facilities Officer look like?**
- Assist with the smooth running of the warehouse, by booking in and despatching stock when necessary, in SAGE. Ensuring all documents are kept up to date
- To parcel goods safely and clearly for courier collection
- To accept parcels and notify the correct departments of their arrival (normal 5 to 10 a week)
- To run end of year stock take, and mid tern stock take if necessary
- To ensure the stores are kept clean and tidy and stock is accurate
- Update CRM and Sage with notes
- Motor - Keep company car records up to date, ensure vehicles are taxed, drivers notified of MOT, order fuel cards, maintain car log and assist drivers when necessary
- Update online insurance details
- Update and maintain TFL congestion records
- Process incoming and outgoing post
- Replenish canteen refreshments and kitchen supplies.(Shop at the discounted warehouse when supplies are required, currently Bookers)
- Assist Financial Controller in the in-house services, security, cleaning, plumber, building repairs, air conditioning etc
- Keep the Financial Controller updated with all administration issues
- To assist and carry out any other duties that might be agreed upon with the Financial Controller
- Support the other members of the accounting team on a day-to-day basis, and for holiday cover when necessary
- Aiding IT with printer maintenance and organising repairs etc
- Look after car parks
- Carry out small, odd jobs around the building
