**Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable will include**:

- Input data and invoices into the financial system.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
- Ensure all accounts are kept up to date.
- General financial administration duties.
- Ensure suppliers are paid.
- Payment runs.
- Liaise with other colleagues to complete tasks.
- Call suppliers

**The successful Accounts Assistant will require**:

- Previous Accounts Payable experience.
- Knowledge of the whole purchase to payable processes.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Problem solving skills.
- Sys pro experience is an advantage.
