A multi-site operation, situated in **Holbeach Hurn** and **Fosdyke **Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 600 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Packaging Stores Operator** to join our Team in **Holbeach Hurn**, working on a **5 from 7** shift pattern.

You will play a vital role within our business, carrying out daily packaging requests from the Business Units.. You will be working in a small / line team ensuring Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures are always followed, working closely with the line leader and Quality Control to achieve the best we can and supply the customer with the standard of product they require.

**Duties to include**:

- To carryout daily packaging requests for all Business Units, which includes manually moving / collating pallets safely and distributing them across site.
- Complete all relevant paperwork in relation to all packaging requests to enable accurate recording of stock movements.
- Safely unload and receive in all packaging deliveries, paying attention to detail while checking delivery notes to then match off against orders.
- Upon receipting new deliveries take relevant samples to the corresponding Business Unit for approval / verification.
- Work closely with your Line Manager on organising the Packaging Store, including stock rotation and regular manual condensing of all items to ensure full utilisation of the space provided.
- Work to a weekly and monthly cleaning schedule.
- Carryout out regular stock counts.
- Where required assist with the transfer of parcels for all areas of site.
- Any other ad hoc duties as requested by your Manager.

**About you**
- Previous experience is not essential, but we ask you have a keen attitude and are willing to learn
- A can do attitude is a must
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Will be able to follow the required quality and hygiene standards
