A multi-site operation, situated in **Holbeach Hurn** and **Fosdyke **Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 600 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Machine Operative/Line Leader** to join our Team in **Holbeach Hurn**, working **18:00-02:00** on a **Monday to Friday** shift pattern.

You will play a vital role within our business, working on a production line and in a production team to ensure products are made to high standards. You will be working in a small / line team ensuring Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures are always followed, working closely with the line operatives and Quality Control to achieve the best we can and supply the customer with the standard of product they require.

**Duties to include**:

- Assisting with labour allocation to attain the production plan
- Machine operation
- Managing staff on the production line
- Conducting quality checks and other quality tasks required throughout the process
- Paperwork completion and countersigning / verification where applicable
- Contribution to achievement of department KPIs
- Ensuring products are packed and weight checked to customer specification
- GMP and walkaway standards

**About you**
- Have previous experience in similar role, ideally within a fast-paced production manufacturing environment
- A can do attitude is a must
- Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
- Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and flexible
