A multi-site operation, situated in **Holbeach Hurn** and **Fosdyke **Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 400 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Paperwork Operative** to join our Team in **Holbeach Hurn**, working **06.00 to 18.00 **on a **4on/4off** shift pattern.

You will play a vital role within our business, working in a small team to ensure the completion of production paperwork and CCP as per the factory’s written procedures and SOPs.

**Duties to include**:

- First point of contact on the line in terms of paperwork and processes
- Completion of all paperwork on the line or in the selected area
- Responsible for CCPs in the factory
- Ensuring the product is as per required standard
- Plan adherence
- Rubicon scanning accuracy
- Scanning packaging to the line
- Traceability
- Stock rotation
- Responsible for GMP within the area of work
- H&S in the area

**About you**
- Basic understanding of machines and using tools is ideal but full training will be given
- Knowledge and experience of food manufacturing and chilled environment
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills
- Able to work on own initiative and follow clear instructions
- A can do attitude is a must
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Will be able to follow the required quality and hygiene standards
