**About us**

A H Worth is a 4th generation family owned farming and produce business supplying retail, food service and food manufacturing customers with a variety of packaged and prepared vegetable products.

We are a multi site operation situated in Holbeach Hurn and Fosdyke, Lincolnshire, that consist of a 6,000 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories that produce fresh vegetables, wholehead and prepared potatoes employing 600 people.

**The role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Quality Auditor** to join our **Technical** Team in **Holbeach Hurn**, working within our **Primary Retail **business unit.

You will be working on the line in a busy production environment and will be responsible for ensuring products meet food safety standards, customer specifications, and that products not meeting these are identified and actioned according to procedures. A high level of accuracy to meet deadlines is therefore essential.

**Duties to include**:

- Monitoring and supporting production team with any quality issues on the line.
- Constant product review of packed product on the factory floor to ensure quality standards are maintained, highlighting any issues or out of spec material so action can be taken.
- Carrying out online packaging & label verification of all paperwork and resolving any issues found.
- Ensuring the daily and weekly schedules are maintained and completed and signed of accordingly. (Scales calibration, knife checks, PPE & Personal Hygiene checks).
- Ensuring the new season checks are carried out for samples and findings are checked daily and documented and reported accordingly.
- Verification of grower detail and required approval has been granted for use.
- Positive releasing of end of line and despatch products for all customers.
- Collecting the shelf life samples of each product
**About you**
- Have previous experience in similar role, ideally within a fast-paced production manufacturing environment
- A can do attitude is a must
- Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
- Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
